McAlpines Mitre10 MEGA Rangiora Christmas Party In the Park

About the Event

Victoria Park transforms every November into something worth circling on the calendar. Families pour through the gates, kids scatter in three directions, and before long the whole park has that unmistakable hum of a proper Christmas gathering.

Live entertainment carries across the afternoon — music drifting over the grass while people find their spot, shake out a blanket, and catch up with whoever they've bumped into. Food vendors are on hand to keep everyone well fed, children work their way through the activities, and Christmas hats start appearing whether people planned it or not.

Made possible by McAlpines Mitre 10 MEGA Rangiora, the Christmas Party in the Park is Rangiora Promotions’ biggest summer celebration — a full afternoon where local businesses, community groups and families from right across North Canterbury all land in the same place at the same time.

No rushing off. No schedule to keep. Just a long, warm December afternoon in the park with good company and Christmas firmly in the air.

Grab the family, find your spot on the grass, and come celebrate Christmas the Rangiora way.
