Who Can Use the Boards
The Community Signboards are available for organisations and community groups to advertise their upcoming events.
North Canterbury Events
Ideally your event will be within North Canterbury, however enquiries from outside North Canterbury are also considered on a case by case basis.
Maximum Display Period
Your sign can be displayed for a maximum of 4 weeks.
Sign Specifications
Sign Dimensions
All signs require the following specifications: 4 signs total, each measuring 1800mm wide x 1200mm deep.
Proof Approval
A proof must be provided to Rangiora Promotions for approval in advance of printing your signs.
Sign Format
Signs should follow a 'What, When, Where' format.
Enquiring About a Space
Submit an Enquiry
Submit an enquiry using the form on the Signboard Enquiry page. Your request will be reviewed and responded to by Rangiora Promotions.
Approval Process
Confirmation of use is at the decision of the Rangiora Promotions board.
Booking Timing
Enquiries can be submitted as far in advance as you like — however confirmation will only be given 2 months prior to your requested start date. This is to allow fair access for all.
Rules & Requirements
Confirmation & Invoice
Once your enquiry is confirmed, Rangiora Promotions will advise you and send an invoice.
Sign Erection & Removal
Signs can be erected after 12noon on the first date of your booking, and must be removed by 12noon the day after the last day of your event.
Pricing
Pricing is for the total weekly cost including GST. Boards are located throughout the Rangiora and North Canterbury area.
